IADRAS (IDAMAN ARA DAMANSARA RESIDENT ASSOCIATION, SELANGOR) was registered with the Registrar of Societies Malaysia (Reg. No.PPM-004-10-11052013) and approved on 11th May 2013. The registered address is currently at the Chairman’s residence.

Aim and Objective: IADRAS was formed with the primary objective of coordinating and organizing security for Ara Idaman aside of the requirement of the ROS.

Constitution of IADRAS:
The constitution is being finalized and will be posted in the website www.Araidaman.com (work in progress) for comment and feedback before its submission for approval during the AGM which will be held before end August 2013.

Membership is open to any person above the age of 18 who are heads of households and are Owner Resident, Owner Non-Resident and Tenants of residential units in Ara Idaman. With the ROS in mind, subject to the approval of IADRAS Committee, membership is through the completion and submission of the Membership Application form to IADRAS Committee with payment of the Capital Contribution, Joining Fee and Monthly Subscription payable on 3 months basis.

Method of Communication:

For the community, IADRAS is currently using the old tried way of having flyers such as this and individual enclave’s committee/road reps are using their own method to pass the word around.

To contact us directly, please write in to iadras.committee @ gmail.com.

Once this site is ready, it will be used as a platform. IADRAS is also looking at the alternative of using mailing list as well as posting information on the cloud.

For communication with the guard house, a mobile phone or a land line phone will be applied for. Through individual initiative and donations,  walkie talkie system has been set up and is now running.
